About the Role
The purpose of this specification is to define the conditions for the execution of Planning & Scheduling services to be carried out by the CONTRACTOR as part of a pharmaceutical industry project located in the Normandy region, France.

Scope of Services
The CONTRACTOR shall perform the following tasks:
Develop a Level 3 project schedule in accordance with the selected execution strategy.
Plan activities while minimizing risks and costs.
Define and optimize the resources required.
Define the Project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
Establish, monitor, and control project progress, identify delays, and propose corrective actions.
Highlight risk-related issues and propose solutions to ensure project completion within objectives.
Participate in the Client approval process for the baseline schedule, progress measurement, and milestone completion.
Raise awareness within the Project Team of the importance of achieving intermediate objectives and communicate critical path activities.
Prepare construction contractors' tender schedules, review schedules submitted by bidding contractors, and contribute to the finalization of subcontract schedules.
Monitor contractors' schedules and update the master schedule (T.EN).
Record and monitor site work progress with the support of the construction team.
BASIC DOCUMENTATION
The following documents will be made available by FRANCE to the CONTRACTOR:
Conceptual Design Report prepared by FRANCE.
Project Scope of Work.
Drawings.
Technical package descriptions.
Level 2 Project Schedule (approximately 1,000 activities).
Work package breakdown structure.
Project procedures.
Energies procedures.
Any other document required for the successful execution of the assignment.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
The studies and activities assigned to the CONTRACTOR require the following skills:
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
Proficiency in Primavera P6.
Strong communication and adaptability skills when working with multidisciplinary teams.
Essential knowledge and experience of pharmaceutical project environments.
PROCEDURES AND METHODOLOGY
The CONTRACTOR shall strictly comply with:
Project rules and requirements.
Industry best practices.
Applicable Quality Assurance procedures relevant to this project.
QUALITY OF PRODUCED DOCUMENTATION
The documents produced by the CONTRACTOR shall meet the quality standards required for the activities defined above, including:
Technical quality.
Content quality (appropriate level of information for each document).
Presentation quality (layout, readability, and graphical presentation).
All documents shall be prepared in the contract language (French).
The operational representative of FRANCE for the discipline may perform any necessary reviews and checks to verify the quality of the documents produced and ensure compliance with project deadlines. Such reviews shall not diminish the CONTRACTOR's responsibility in any way.
