This opportunity is based within a major energy project environment and will support cross-functional coordination between project teams, consortium partners, and key stakeholders. The role focuses on project coordination, correspondence management, workflow tracking, reporting support, dashboards, and secondee onboarding activities. This position offers the chance to contribute to process standardization, performance visibility, and continuous improvement within a complex multi-party project setting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience

  • Demonstrated experience in project coordination, project administration, business operations, reporting, stakeholder coordination, or a comparable role

  • Experience managing multiple concurrent requests, deadlines, and contributors in a dynamic environment

  • Experience consolidating inputs across functions to support reports, briefing materials, and communications

  • Experience tracking actions, commitments, correspondence, and workflow items through closure

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional requests and maintain workflow visibility

  • Strong written communication and document-development skills

  • Ability to consolidate complex inputs into clear, concise, and well-organized reports or briefing materials

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work across organizational boundaries and follow up respectfully and persistently with senior and technical contributors

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint

  • Ability to support dashboard development, performance monitoring, and reporting data quality

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting a major capital project, energy project, engineering organization, joint venture, consortium, or other complex multi-party environment

  • Experience coordinating partner, customer, government, or external-stakeholder requests

  • Experience with action tracking, commitment management, correspondence control, or resolution workflows

  • Experience supporting onboarding, mobilization, or integration of contractor, partner, or secondee personnel

  • Experience developing dashboards and management metrics

  • Experience documenting and improving business processes

  • Experience with Airtable, Power BI, Power Automate, Aconex, or similar tools

  • Familiarity with document-control principles, approval workflows, records management, and auditability

  • Experience working across international teams and time zones
