Airswift is seeking a Precomissioning Engineer to work on an outsourced contract , in Suriname, with a major Oil & Gas Company.

Location: Home Office – Saint Quentin for the first months, then in-country Suriname, Paramaribo
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
To ensure that proper KPI and follow-up tools, including reports are created and weekly tracked
To ensure that all interfaces are well defined and managed with other stakeholders being CTRs or CPY other packages. It includes the review of punchs list before start of pre-commissioning activities and post pre-commissioning.
Ensure that all phases precom scope are well developed in term of schedule, cost, deliverables and procedures
To ensure that all documentation linked to Handover to Operations is properly followed and tracked. It includes the review of DPR (Daily log) of pre-commissioning activities from the vessels & FPSO and review of all documentation linked to pre-commissioning completion up to RFCC.
To ensure that pre-commissioning criteria are developed according to requirements of CPY and any main interfaces.
To report on a weekly basis to N+1 about CTR performance and progress.
To ensure a smooth transition to commissioning activities i.e. handover between entities.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Similar experience in oil and gas offshore installation, similar experience in large deep offshore projects in EPCI contract for deep water pipelines and FPSO.
Fully conversant with pre commissioning spreads and procedures...
Experienced in the management and delivery of offshore and subsea projects, particularly projects with subsea equipment and integration of major module within onshore plants such as HPU, chemical skids.
Familiar with equipment delivery, past project experience in South America or other remote or isolated jurisdictions would be an advantage.
Experience in the associated key interface challenges linked to subsea equipment installation & pre-commissioning (trees, manifolds, subsea control systems) versus onshore and topside equipment.
