This opportunity is with a major LNG project environment and will focus on process engineering support for plant reliability, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and long-term optimization initiatives. The role will help address operational vulnerabilities, support root cause investigations, and contribute to reliability improvement actions across plant operations. This position also supports ongoing stabilization and startup readiness activities while working closely with operations, maintenance, process controls, and engineering resources.
Required Education:
B.S. in Chemical Engineering
Required Experience:
8+ years of experience in LNG, upstream, gas processing, refining, or petrochemical environments
Experience supporting process engineering activities related to plant reliability, troubleshooting, and optimization
Experience contributing to root cause investigations, lessons learned implementation, and reliability improvement actions
Experience supporting Train 1 stabilization efforts and Train 2 startup readiness activities
Required Skills:
Strong troubleshooting capability for process-related reliability and production issues
Plant performance monitoring and vulnerability identification
Ability to execute process studies, simulations, and optimization projects
Knowledge of Management of Change, PSSR, and process safety activities
Ability to develop technical recommendations to improve reliability, operability, and capacity
Experience using process simulation tools and performance monitoring systems
Ability to work effectively with operations, maintenance, process controls, and external engineering resources
