Job Title: Procurement Specialist IV
Duration: 1-year

This opportunity focuses on materials management, inventory control and continuous improvement within a complex regional or site environment. The role is centred on inventory strategy, inventory performance, data integrity and collaboration with finance, procurement, maintenance and line stakeholders to support business objectives. This position offers the chance to influence spare parts strategy, service level reviews and physical inventory reconciliation in a technical operational setting.

Required Experience:

  • Experience in materials management and inventory control within a regional or site-based operational environment.
  • Experience developing and implementing inventory strategy aligned to business plans and service expectations.
  • Experience working with line, finance, procurement and maintenance stakeholders to evaluate inventory requirements and support total cost of ownership.
  • Experience analysing and optimising inventory levels to align with material requirements and inventory strategy.
  • Experience managing inventory performance, reporting and continuous improvement activities.
  • Experience overseeing physical inventory counting and reconciliation processes.
  • Experience supporting demand planning activities related to inventory management.
  • Experience managing or guiding inventory analysts and contributing to learning and development.

Required Skills:

  • Strong capability in inventory optimisation, inventory analysis and performance monitoring.
  • Ability to identify and track key performance indicators and communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of material master data quality and data integrity requirements.
  • Ability to support spare parts linkage to critical assets for improved inventory visibility.
  • Capability to define critical equipment spares strategy and support item-level service reviews.
  • Ability to identify surplus and obsolete materials and support effective disposition planning.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
