Purpose
- You drive and manage the Product development leads and Product development engineers and ensure the teams are staffed and trained to perform.
Responsibilities
- The FPSO Product Development manager has the overall responsibility to:
- Collaborate with Framing manager to monitor client needs and identify product to be developed
- Assign the product development leads and product development engineers
- Validate product development plans issued by the leads
- Ensure and foster collaboration with Internal stakeholders such as I &G/Technology/GRS
- Ensure that product developed are compatible with the project execution
- Prepare communication and reporting
Education
- University degree in a relevant engineering discipline
Experience
- 15 years' experience in offshore industry
- Relevant line management experience
- Relevant construction, Operation, Installation, Supply Chain experiences
- Good technical knowledge of the company's products
