Job Title: Programme / Delivery / Project Manager – D365

The role focuses on leading Microsoft Business Applications and D365 CE programme delivery, supporting complex multi-release environments with strong governance, integrated planning and senior stakeholder engagement. Required Experience:
- Experience delivering Microsoft Business Applications or D365 CE programmes
- 8–12 years of programme, delivery or project management experience
- Background managing multi-release programmes in complex enterprise environments
- Experience within insurance or broader BFSI environments
- Experience coordinating multiple workstreams, programme mobilisation and governance cadence
- Experience producing steering committee reporting and managing senior COO/CIO-level stakeholder engagement
Required Skills:
- Strong RAID management and programme governance capability
- Agile, SAFe and hybrid waterfall delivery methodologies
- Commercial awareness and change-control management
- Integrated planning across complex delivery scopes
- Knowledge of core write-back and STP programme scope
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to Indonesia or OJK-regulated environments
