This opportunity is for a Project Controls - P6 professional to support routine but varied project controls assignments within a complex project environment. The Project Controls - P6 role sits at an intermediate level and is suited to candidates who can apply fundamental project controls principles with general oversight. This Project Controls - P6 position will suit someone with strong scheduling capability who can contribute across multiple projects while working collaboratively with a broader project team. Key Responsibilities
Initiate and complete routine aspects of project control assignments with general oversight.
Apply project controls principles and procedures to fairly complex and varied work.
Provide scheduling support as a core part of project controls delivery.
Work across multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and consistency in project controls activities.
Collaborate effectively with project teams and stakeholders across different levels of the organisation.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
Minimum of 2 years of project controls experience.
Essential:
Minimum of 5 years of project controls experience in lieu of a degree.
Essential:
Graduation from a two-year college or university in business, finance, project management, engineering, technical studies, or equivalent.
Essential:
Working knowledge of project controls principles.
Essential:
Working knowledge to proficiency in project management and project controls concepts, including scheduling software, financial tools and spreadsheets.
Essential:
Proven ability to work as a collaborative team member.
Essential:
Scheduling experience and proficiency in Primavera P6.
Desirable:
Graduation from a four-year college or university in business, finance, project management, engineering, technical studies, or equivalent.
Desirable:
PMI or AACE certification, including PMP, CAPM, PMI-SP, AACE-CCC, AACE-PSP, AACE-CEP or AACE-EVP.
