Project Controls Specialist

Join a major gold mining project and play a key role in driving project performance through effective planning, cost control, forecasting, and reporting.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Controls Specialist with a broad project controls skillset to support project delivery and provide accurate performance insights to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project
- Monitor and analyse project costs, progress, and performance
- Prepare project reports, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Support project governance, change management, and risk processes
- Provide schedule and cost insights to support project decision-making
- Ensure project controls data is accurate and up to date
About You
- Proven experience in Project Controls on major projects
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project
- Strong capability across planning, scheduling, cost control, forecasting, and reporting
- Experience tracking project performance against established baselines
- Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Mining, resources, or major projects experience highly regarded

This is not a Planner position. We are specifically seeking candidates with a well-rounded Project Controls background who have experience across planning, cost management, reporting, forecasting, and project performance monitoring.
