This opportunity sits within a projects team supporting the planning, design, cost estimating, risk assessment, schedule development, and pre-sanction stages of the project lifecycle for gas and liquids pipeline operations. The role offers exposure to front-end engineering, stakeholder management, project execution strategy development, and project reporting, making it well suited to candidates looking to build technical engineering capability in a project-focused environment.

Required Education:

  • Engineering degree

Required Experience:

  • 0-3 years of related experience in oil and gas engineering, operations, project management, and/or project development

  • Exposure to project planning and early development activities within an engineering or pipeline environment

  • Experience supporting project scope definition from Rough Order of Magnitude through to Class 3 estimate stages

Required Skills:

  • Ability to support planning, design, cost estimating, risk assessment, and schedule development activities

  • Stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across project teams and business stakeholders

  • Project management capability to help move projects from development through to sanction and execution readiness

  • Ability to develop realistic and reliable project schedules and cost estimates while identifying risks, uncertainties, and likelihoods

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for formal and informal reporting to senior stakeholders

  • Ability to work independently, self-prioritise, and manage changing priorities and work tasks

Required Certifications:
