Project Execution Engineer I
Location: Houston, TX
The Project Execution Engineer will support the Execution Lead in the planning, coordination, and execution of capital projects. This role is responsible for developing project deliverables, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, coordinating meetings and action items, and ensuring project objectives, schedules, and standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support project execution strategies and deliverables.
- Coordinate project plans, issue management, and lessons learned activities.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communication.
- Interface with engineering, construction, contractors, and project teams.
- Track actions, maintain project documentation, and monitor progress.
- Support contractor selection, change management, and project transitions.
- Assist the Project Manager and Execution Lead as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Experience in engineering, project execution, construction, or project management environments.
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent English (written and verbal).
Preferred:
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, Petrochemical, or Capital Projects.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and stage-gate processes.
