Overview
Responsible for supporting the delivery of technical projects, including system implementation, testing, commissioning, and technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support installation, testing, and commissioning of technical systems.
- Assist in project planning, coordination, and execution.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot system issues.
- Conduct user training and support project handovers.
- Prepare technical documentation and project records.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure timely project delivery.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in project implementation, commissioning, or technical support.
- Basic understanding of hardware, software, and networking concepts.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Comfortable working on-site when required.
- Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or within a team.
