The Opportunity
We're seeking a Site Manager / Project Manager - Junior to support the delivery of manufacturing and fabrication projects from our Maddington office.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working hands-on across manufacturing documentation, quality, and coordination — ensuring projects run smoothly and meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate manufacturing and fabrication project activities
- Manage engineering documentation (drawings, specs, reports)
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones
- Support quality assurance and compliance processes
- Liaise with internal teams (engineering, production, QA)
- Communicate with clients and provide project updates
About You
- 7+ years' experience in project coordination, site management, or manufacturing environment
- Background in manufacturing, fabrication, or engineering projects
- Specific experience in precision manufacturing environments is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of technical documentation and QA processes
- Confident communicator with ability to liaise with stakeholders
