Job Title: Project Manager
Duration: 3 months 
Schedule: 3 days a week in the office
Location: London (Hybrid)

This opportunity sits within a major energy environment supporting a portfolio of pre-project initiatives ahead of a wider programme commencing on 14th September 2026. The role focuses on project definition, mobilisation and delivery planning across business and technology change, with particular relevance to governance, Endur-related initiatives and cross-project dependency management. This position offers the chance to shape early-stage concepts into executable projects with clear scope, requirements, delivery roadmaps and business outcomes.

Required Experience:

  • Proven experience defining and shaping projects from early-stage concepts or problem statements.
  • Strong background in discovery, assessment and mobilisation activities.
  • Demonstrated experience establishing project scope, business requirements, delivery approaches and business outcomes.
  • Strong project management experience across Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience developing project charters, business cases and investment proposals.
  • Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, change control, schedules, budgets and reporting.
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across business, technology and external partners.
  • Experience working with senior business and IT stakeholders in complex and evolving environments.
  • Experience delivering business and technology change initiatives across process, data and technology domains.
  • Experience coordinating multiple interdependent projects and workstreams.

Required Skills:

  • Strong capability in project definition, mobilisation, scoping, planning and budgeting.
  • Governance, assurance and control framework management.
  • Stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • Workshop facilitation, communication and presentation skills.
  • Risk and issue management.
  • Ability to assess current-state processes, systems, data and operating models.
  • Ability to produce delivery roadmaps, mobilisation plans, executive recommendations and resource plans.
  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and rapidly evolving environments.
  • Knowledge of project planning and tracking, and project governance.

Required Certifications:

  • Recognised Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, MSP or equivalent (Required).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Trading and Supply experience.
  • Knowledge of Endur and commodity trading environments.
  • Experience with infrastructure, hosting and application modernisation initiatives.
  • Experience with data management, data retention or data purging programmes.
  • Knowledge of regulatory, sustainability or emissions reporting processes.
  • Experience working within large global organisations and matrix structures.
