We are working with a Major Oil & Gas operator to source for Project Reporting Lead. This is a long-term contract role working on a residential basis with 6-days per week / 8-10 hours to be based Doha, Qatar or at site office. The role will report to Project Planning Division Manager and will be part of Major Projects Integration Team.

Location: Doha Head office or Site (Ras Laffan Industrial City), Qatar
Working Schedule: 6-days per week / 10 hours per day
Job Purpose:
Provide analytical and technical writing capabilities to coordinate and deliver a comprehensive suite of executive-level deliverables, ensuring that management and shareholders receive clear, accurate, and timely insight into projects progress and status
Key Job Accountabilities:
Reports to Head of Project Reporting.
Function as a key member of the Integration Team, coordinating and stewarding governance related work scope across multiple projects
Assembly, integrate, and reformat project progress data, tables, graphs, and photographs, to produce comprehensive suite of executive-level deliverables
Coordinate internal and external interfaces: apply effective communication, initiatives, and influence-without-authority to drive alignment and issue resolution
Ensure alignment, consistency, and synergy across all projects to maintain compliance with established procedures, plans, and governance processes
Prepare clear reports and presentations covering project progress performance and status, forecasts, progress trends, deficits, and mitigation actions
Produce timely and concise governance reports, ensuring transparent visibility and early escalation of potential concerns
Develop, maintain, and report key performance indicators and progress metrics within regular reports, dashboards and presentations tailored to different audiences (executive, team
members, shareholders), communicate performance clearly, highlighting progress, blockers, and impacts
Address ad-hoc requests related to reporting, and project analysis; manage time-sensitive or unexpected requests from management or shareholders, ensuring quick turnaround without
compromising accuracy
Engage proactively with Company project teams and departments to resolve issues and support effective planning and execution of project activities
Minimum Requirements:
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Commercial, Marketing, Sciences, Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Law, Communication, Technologies, Mathematics, and
Statistics.
Knowledge and/or Experience:
10 years’ experience in business related function or discipline, including 5 years in the Oil & Gas Industry, and including 2 year experience in a supervisory or acting role, or oversight of contractor/subcontractor’s/service/vendor personnel.
Experience of working with National Oil Companies or International Oil Companies will be an advantage
