Job Title: PSV (Pressure Safety Valve) Planner
Duration: 6+ months
Schedule: M-F
Location: Sabine Pass, TX

This opportunity supports maintenance and reliability planning within an oil and gas or petrochemical environment, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA, scheduling, backlog management, and regulatory compliance. The role is centred on developing work plans, coordinating maintenance activity, and producing schedule and KPI reporting to support efficient asset performance. This position offers exposure to maintenance planning, outage coordination, and CMMS support in a technically demanding operational setting.

Required Education:

  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED.

Required Experience:

  • At least 5 years of maintenance experience using SAP within oil and gas or petrochemical facilities.
  • Strong background in planning, scheduling, and execution processes, procedures, and best practices.
  • Experience planning maintenance and reliability programmes, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and look-ahead schedules.
  • Experience scheduling small to medium scale projects.

Required Skills:

  • Heavy working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.
  • Ability to create and maintain project and outage plans using planning software.
  • Capability to develop job packs with relevant planning information and documentation for work orders.
  • Knowledge of dispatching work and coordinating manpower availability with operations and maintenance supervision.
  • Ability to identify material requirements and interface with vendors and supply chain as needed.
  • Experience producing KPI reports on schedule compliance, including analysis of deviations, variations, and trends using graphical representations.
  • Technical support capability within CMMS modules.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills.
  • Ability to prioritise work effectively and maintain strong attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to support a team environment and work effectively under pressure.
  • Ability to work strategically with limited direction and focus on meeting or exceeding performance expectations.

Required Certifications:

  • Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card, or ability to maintain one in good standing status (Required).
  • Current and valid state-issued driver’s licence (Required).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical degree or similar.
  • Prometheus experience.
  • Scheduling software definition and build experience.
  • Experience with project planning software such as MS Project or Primavera P6.
  • Experience with scaffolding, painting, insulating, heavy equipment operation, rigging and lifting crafts, welding, fabrication, machining work estimation, and planning.
  • Experience working in a PHMSA regulated pipeline facility.
  • Experience with gas compression and metering equipment.
