Airswift is currently looking for Indirect Purchasing Specialist for Supplies and Logistics  to work with our client based in Paris, France    
 
Job Title: Purchasing Specialist for Supplies and Logistics

Work Location: Le Trait, France 

 
Start date: July
Duration of Contract: 6-month renewable contract 

Description of the Service

The mission generally consists of purchasing services and materials for the Supplies & Logistics sectors for the Central Europe/Africa region. It also includes supporting the deployment of digital solutions and improving procurement processes in France (ARIBA supplier platform, KPI monitoring with Power BI, Lean projects, etc.). More specifically, sourcing activities include:

- Negotiating and implementing market prices and contracts in line with internal approval workflows

- Preparing tenders, contracts, and purchase orders

- Monitoring and updating major contracts and orders - Supporting internal stakeholders during execution (including supplier disputes)
- Proposing suitable supplier panels

- Managing supplier risks and monitoring key suppliers

- Sourcing new suppliers
– Integrating

 non-listed indirect suppliers

 - Applying procurement procedures and policies

 - Applying the Global Indirect Sourcing & Procurement strategy

- Participating in internal reviews

Deliverables:
- Contractual documentation (NDAs, contracts, purchase orders, single source justifications)
- Updated contract tracking files
- Reports and meeting minutes
- Organization of meetings with internal and external stakeholders

Required Skills

The Service Provider must have: - Master’s degree (Bac+5) in procurement
- Minimum 5 years of experience - Negotiation, legal, and contract drafting skills - Knowledge of procurement processes
- Project management capabilities and multitasking
- Fluent English - Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to work across departments - Ability to mobilize teams and drive results

IT Requirements

Mandatory: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI Knowledge of ERP systems: SAP, OASIS-IFS, GEOS

Equipment Requirements

The provider must supply their own PPE: helmet, safety glasses, safety shoes, etc.

Internal Regulations

The provider must comply with FLEXI FRANCE internal rules and procedures applicable to external contractors, including procedure 15 HSE T030.
