Activities
The Job Holder will assist the Project QA/QC Manager in the development, implementation and follow-up of Quality Management activities, i.e. and specifically:
To assist in the development and implementation of the Project Quality Management System (internal activities oriented) and to assist in the control of implementation of the Contractor's and other Suppliers for the project Quality Management System.
To review the Quality documentation issued by Contractors and Suppliers, and to identify gaps with Contracts requirements.
To review the various Project reports, and to raise Quality summaries / highlights / concerns for reporting to Management.
To develop company QA/QC procedures applicable at worksites, including SIMOPS (if any).
To follow-up Project nonconformities, derogations, correctives actions.
To develop and maintain the Quality monitoring registers, and the Quality indicators and dashboard.
To develop the templates for QA/QC reporting in accordance with company requirements.
To assist the Project Quality Manager in his activities as and when requested.
The job holder reports to the Project Quality Manager.
The job holder is also accountable for:
Demonstrating exemplary behavior with regards to Company Group "Code of Conduct" and HSSE rules & requirements.
- Implementing HSSE rules within his area of responsibility, listening to Project Team members’ concerns, and ensuring that potential failures, weaknesses and hazards are addressed and reported
Qualifications/Experience required
Professional Experience (years): min 10 years’ Experience in O&G QA/QC Engineer on large scale international projects
Experience in similar position (years): mini 7 in similar role, background with client's General Specifications
Level / Diploma: Engineer, equivalent or Higher
