Airswift is looking for a Quality Advisor III to work for a major O&G company in Spring, TX, for a 1 year assignment.
This opportunity supports brownfield projects within a global projects environment, with a strong focus on procurement quality and construction quality, alongside a general understanding of engineering quality. The role involves developing frameworks, identifying needs, allocating resources, and supporting change management as local sites adopt a new quality program. The work environment includes primarily Houston-based activity with travel across the U.S. Gulf Coast and selected international project locations.
Required Experience:
- Extensive experience in procurement quality and construction quality, with a general understanding of engineering quality
- Experience in supplier surveillance, vendor inspection, and field construction QA/QC
- Background supporting brownfield or major project environments
- Experience communicating risk, setting priorities, and supporting quality improvement across multiple workstreams
- Experience working across domestic and international project locations
- Ability to support site adoption of new quality programs through practical change management
