Job Title: Quality Engineer

This opportunity supports a major deep offshore oil and gas development and focuses on strengthening project-wide quality assurance, quality management systems, and continuous performance improvement. The role sits within a highly technical environment with broad interaction across package teams, contractors, engineering offices, and yard locations. This position offers the chance to contribute to QA/QC processes, audits, non-conformity management, third-party inspection coordination, and KPI-driven project performance.
Required Experience:
- Experience supporting quality assurance activities within complex industrial or offshore project environments.
- Experience working across multiple project packages and coordinating transverse quality processes in a multi-stakeholder setting.
- Experience managing or supporting QA/QC tools and processes such as non-conformity reports, third-party inspections, quality reviews, and close-out actions.
- Experience contributing to performance improvement, process mapping, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and quality assurance processes within major project delivery.
- Ability to develop, implement, and maintain procedures, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Capability to coordinate audits, issue identification, action tracking, and timely close-out of quality matters.
- Understanding of QA/QC processes including NCR management and third-party inspection coordination.
- Ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams and maintain alignment between internal stakeholders and contractor counterparts.
- Performance improvement mindset with awareness of LEAN initiatives and one-team project delivery.
- English language skills are essential.
- Awareness of HSE requirements and ability to ensure they are considered within quality management processes.
