A leader in Shipping and Logistics company is currently expanding and looking for highly qualified candidates for the Regional HR Specialist – Performance Management position based in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and execution of the annual performance review cycle, ensuring consistency and fairness across departments.
  • Develop and refine performance management frameworks, templates, and reporting tools to drive efficiency and accuracy.
  • Partner with senior leaders to conduct calibration sessions, align performance ratings, and provide actionable insights.
  • Automate and streamline performance data processes, reducing manual effort and improving turnaround time.
  • Support HR transformation initiatives by analyzing current performance practices and contributing to future

  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance expectations, career development, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in performance management, including system implementation or process improvement.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with proven ability to influence senior leaders.

  • Proficiency in HR systems and data tools (e.g., Excel, or similar).

  • Demonstrated success in driving performance frameworks that improve organizational outcomes.
