A leader in Shipping and Logistics company is currently expanding and looking for highly qualified candidates for the Regional HR Specialist – Performance Management position based in Singapore.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and execution of the annual performance review cycle, ensuring consistency and fairness across departments.
- Develop and refine performance management frameworks, templates, and reporting tools to drive efficiency and accuracy.
- Partner with senior leaders to conduct calibration sessions, align performance ratings, and provide actionable insights.
- Automate and streamline performance data processes, reducing manual effort and improving turnaround time.
- Support HR transformation initiatives by analyzing current performance practices and contributing to future

state design. - Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance expectations, career development, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in performance management, including system implementation or process improvement.
Strong stakeholder management skills with proven ability to influence senior leaders.
Proficiency in HR systems and data tools (e.g., Excel, or similar).
Demonstrated success in driving performance frameworks that improve organizational outcomes.
