This opportunity is focused on leading regional procurement programme operations within a global environment, supporting contingent labour, travel, and meetings-related activity. The role offers strong exposure to programme management, stakeholder engagement, supplier management, and transformation initiatives, with the chance to influence user experience and operational improvement across international business areas. This position will suit a technically strong procurement professional who can work across complexity, support change, and deliver measurable programme performance.

Required Education:

  • An undergraduate degree, ideally in procurement or business, or equivalent experience

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a global contingent labour or travel programme management role

  • Experience managing travel, meetings and events, and contingent labour programmes within an international environment

  • Proven experience working cross-culturally and across multiple business functions and geographies

  • Experience delivering communication and change management plans and campaigns

  • Proven experience handling crisis situations, including employee support, incident communication, and recovery to business-as-usual operations

  • Experience engaging with external suppliers and supporting operational performance improvement

Required Skills:

  • Strong programme management and day-to-day operational oversight capability

  • Strong stakeholder management, networking, and influencing skills across different levels of an organisation

  • Effective supplier management and the ability to build trusted working relationships

  • Strong process knowledge and the ability to design user-centric processes

  • Ability to identify operational improvement opportunities and develop prioritised improvement plans

  • Strong communication, storytelling, and change management skills to support adoption and engagement

  • Ability to work effectively through complexity, ambiguity, and organisational resistance to change

  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to support innovative solutions, clear blockers, and translate business requirements into delivery plans

  • Collaborative approach with the resilience to operate in a multifaceted environment

  • Ability to manage conflict constructively while maintaining key stakeholder relationships

  • Ability to use digital solutions to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and value creation

Preferred Qualifications:                  

  • Familiarity with contingent labour vendor management systems such as Fieldglass or Beeline

  • Experience in regular interaction with external suppliers
