Job Description:

This opportunity supports upstream oil and gas operations through regulatory filings, permitting, reporting, records management, and compliance coordination. The role is focused on maintaining accurate, audit-ready documentation while supporting routine submissions to federal, state, and local agencies. This position offers the chance to contribute to structured regulatory workflows in a technical environment where attention to detail, data accuracy, and strong administrative capability are essential.

Required Experience:

  • Three or more years of experience supporting oil and gas regulatory filings, permitting, reporting, records management, compliance, or related administrative functions
  • Experience providing administrative, data management, permitting, and regulatory compliance support for upstream oil and gas operations
  • Experience preparing, submitting, tracking, and maintaining routine regulatory filings, notifications, permits, and reports under established procedures and workflows

Required Skills:

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple filings, deadlines, and data tracking requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
  • Ability to maintain regulatory tracking tools, databases, and document repositories to support complete and audit-ready records

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with WellView
  • Experience with Texas Railroad Commission online filing systems
