Job Title: Risk Based Inspection Engineering Study
Duration: 28th September 2026 - 31st March 2027

This opportunity supports a multi-project engineering environment focused on Risk Based Inspection, corrosion loops and inspection planning within the energy sector. The role involves preparing technical studies, developing accurate upload data for RBI software, and contributing to inspection policies and actions through collaboration with Process, HSE, and Operations & Maintenance teams. This position offers exposure to EPC project documentation, integrity methodologies, and static equipment and piping inspection activities.

Required Education:

  • MSc degree in Process Engineering, or Materials, Metallurgy, or Corrosion Engineering.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in RBI methodology.
  • Experience preparing corrosion loop reports and inspection plans.
  • Experience working with documentation developed on EPC projects, including PDS, MDS, GAD, P&IDs, line lists, and piping isometrics.
  • Experience supporting material selection activities, including MSD and MSR preparation.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Risk Based Inspection methodology and applicable codes and standards, including API 580 and API 581.
  • Ability to collect and interpret information from multiple project documents such as equipment lists, mechanical data sheets, and line lists.
  • Capability to identify deterioration mechanisms, define corrosion loops, and establish inspection policies, plans, and actions.
  • Experience preparing studies in line with selected RBI software requirements and producing accurate, high-quality technical deliverables.
  • Good knowledge of integrity, inspection, materials, fabrication, and inspection of static equipment and piping.
  • Familiarity with RBI software such as Meridium.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
  • Strong teamwork, interpersonal skills, and sound engineering judgement.
