Airswift is seeking a ROV Supervisor (Offshore ) to work in a permanent contract in Rio das Ostras with a major Oil & Gas Company.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform scheduled services, following company procedures, policies, and values.
Ensure your safety and that of the teams during operations, as well as monitor and provide preventive and/or corrective measures as needed.
Ensure that the ROV System's spare parts inventory control is within the updated standards in terms of scheduling, storage, and classification.
Train, monitor, instruct, and evaluate the ROV team, ensuring that the specific competencies for the functions are qualified.
Coordinate and monitor the execution of preventive maintenance plans.
Issue reports on failures, risk assessments, results analyses, and failures of the ROV system under your responsibility and control, as well as conduct periodic reviews of these reports to ensure their accuracy and take precautions to minimize risks.
Interact with the crew within the limits of the scope of work and other specific projects.
