This opportunity offers senior-level technical leadership across complex industrial and infrastructure projects, with responsibility for project execution oversight and stakeholder coordination across the full project lifecycle. The role is suited to a professional with strong CSA engineering expertise, structural emphasis, and the ability to support safe, high-quality, and commercially successful delivery. This position also offers involvement in constructability, commissioning support, and multidisciplinary engineering coordination in a technically demanding environment.
Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline
Required Experience:
10+ years of relevant CSA experience, including at least 3 years in technical or project leadership
Demonstrated experience leading teams, delivering complex engineering packages, and supporting project closeout
Experience contributing to project estimating and technical proposal development
Exposure to constructability, operability, maintainability, construction, testing, commissioning, operations, maintenance, and handover activities
Experience coordinating across multidisciplinary teams and resolving complex engineering challenges
Required Skills:
Strong technical expertise in CSA engineering, with structural emphasis
Strong knowledge of applicable codes, regulations, manufacturing standards, and industry best practices
Ability to provide senior technical leadership, review technical work, and authorise work completed by engineers, designers, and specialists
Strong communication skills in English
Sound commercial awareness and the ability to support project execution strategies
Ability to build effective working relationships and coordinate with stakeholders across project teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint
Functional awareness of CSA discipline tools and cross-discipline, data-centric engineering environments
Ability to plan, coordinate, and monitor work to deliver quality outcomes on time and within budget
Commitment to health, safety, and sustainable engineering principles throughout the asset lifecycle
Required Certifications:
Active Professional Engineer (PE) licensure where required by law
Preferred Qualifications:
Training or experience in risk management and/or quality management
Exposure to procurement, construction execution, and field engineering activities
Strong budgeting and cost control capability
Formal training in leadership and project execution
Experience with Microsoft Access or Visio
