Senior Finance Manager/Finance Controller

Job Purpose / Scope:

• To lead the Finance Team providing the full range of financial support, reporting and services to

support the efficient and effective running of the organisation and the delivery of its work.

• Responsible for the maintenance of accurate financial records, budgeting, cost control, cash flow,

monthly reporting across the organisation.

Detailed Responsibilities:

• Monitor financial performance, analyse variances, and provide insights to optimize financial results.

• Lead the budgeting process, working closely with department heads to develop and manage

departmental budgets.

• Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, including profit and loss statements,

balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards

and regulatory requirements.

• Manage cash flow, including forecasting and ensuring adequate liquidity for daily operations and

strategic initiatives.

• Analyse cost structures and identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency

improvements.

• Prepare financial data and documentation for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with

accounting and tax regulations.

• Collaborate with auditors and regulatory authorities as needed.

• Any other ad-hoc task shall be assigned by the superior from time-to-time.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance / Accounting / ACCA or equivalent.

• Min 10 years of working experience in the related field is required.

• Proven experience in financial management, preferably in oil & gas or related industry.

• In-depth knowledge of financial management principles, accounting standards, and regulatory

requirements.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with other departments

and external stakeholders.

• Proficiency in financial software and advanced spreadsheet applications.

Pricing & Incentive Analyst

Overview

We are seeking a commercially minded Pricing & Incentive Analyst to support business growth through effective pricing execution, incentive program management, commercial analytics, and process improvement initiatives. This role will partner closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to deliver data-driven insights that enhance profitability, customer value, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Pricing Management

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of pricing strategies across products and markets.
  • Execute pricing updates, maintain price lists, discount structures, and pricing data within business systems.
  • Conduct pricing analysis, market assessments, and competitive benchmarking to support commercial decision-making.
  • Evaluate pricing performance, profitability trends, and customer value propositions to recommend pricing actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing initiatives align with business objectives and market dynamics.

Incentive & Rebate Program Administration

  • Manage the administration of incentive, rebate, and promotional programs.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, accrual management, and payout processing activities.
  • Validate, calculate, and process incentive claims and payments accurately and within established timelines.
  • Monitor program effectiveness and provide recommendations to improve return on investment and commercial outcomes.

Commercial Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, product mix, inventory positions, and customer behaviors to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for business stakeholders.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve revenue, margin performance, and overall profitability.
  • Support business planning, forecasting, scenario analysis, and management reporting activities.

Process Improvement & Governance

  • Ensure compliance with pricing and incentive governance processes, controls, and documentation requirements.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements, automation, and reporting enhancements.
  • Support the development of dashboards, business intelligence tools, and digital solutions to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Pricing, Commercial Analytics, Sales Operations, Business Analysis, Commercial Finance, Revenue Management, or related functions.
  • Experience supporting pricing decisions, commercial performance analysis, or incentive/rebate program administration is highly preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable business insights.
  • Good understanding of pricing, profitability, commercial performance, and market dynamics.
  • Experience working with large datasets, reporting tools, and business systems.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across multiple functions and regions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced commercial environment.

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in manufacturing, industrial products, automotive, agriculture, equipment, B2B distribution, or related commercial environments will be highly regarded. Experience in pricing analytics, revenue management, commercial finance, sales operations, or business performance management is strongly preferred.
