Senior Flow Assurance Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute assigned Flow Assurance engineering activities in line with project requirements and applicable engineering practices.
- Perform steady-state and transient flow assurance simulations and develop simulation models to support project delivery.
- Prepare and maintain the Flow Assurance Simulation Basis for assigned scopes of work.
- Review and validate discipline input data to ensure technical accuracy and completeness.
- Develop engineering solutions to meet project requirements and resolve technical issues.
- Liaise with other engineering disciplines to manage technical interfaces effectively.
- Carry out engineering analysis and interpret simulation results to support project decision-making.
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and timely completion of assigned engineering deliverables.
- Review work completed by junior engineers and provide technical guidance where required.
- Support technical meetings, design reviews, presentations, reports, and project documentation.
- Provide technical input to management of change, technical queries, and scope change assessments.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in Flow Assurance methodologies, tools, and work processes while maintaining compliance with quality, HSE, statutory, and industry requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Essential: Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related subject.
- Essential: Chartered Engineer and/or Professional Engineer status.
- Essential: Minimum of 7 years of dedicated Flow Assurance experience.
- Essential: Strong knowledge of flow assurance simulation software including OLGA, PIPESIM, PVTSim, and Multiflash.
- Essential: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Business Suite.
- Essential: Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Essential: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Essential: Proactive approach, enthusiasm, and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Essential: Strong commitment to HSES.
- Desirable: Knowledge of alternative software such as Synergi Pipeline Simulator or Pipenet.
- Desirable: Programming knowledge, including VBA or Python.
- Desirable: Ability to take initiative and work flexibly.
