Technology – Infrastructure Primary Objective
As part of specialised team focussed on supporting Global IT Infrastructure that is shared across the whole group, ensuring networks, systems and platforms are consistently implemented, managed and maintained.
The Network team are responsible for ensuring the organisations stores, franchise partners and support office staff connect to applications with solutions that are reliable secure and cost effective. Reports to

Qualifications
•
Tertiary Qualification in Information Technology (preferred) or equivalent experience.
•
Recognised IT professional certifications are desirable, e.g., Palo Alto Networks, CCNA, CCNP, Cloud services - Azure, AWS +, etc. Experience
•
At least 7 years IT industry experience
•
5 years of experience in implementing and administering complex network and security infrastructure.
Key
Responsibilities
In addition to following Domino’s Pizza policies and
procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not
limited to:
• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain network and security
infrastructure including LAN, WAN, Firewalls, SASE, cloud
networking, and Wireless networks.
• Design and implement scalable and resilient network solutions
to meet business requirements.
• Configuration of IP routing and switching equipment
• Integration of multi-vendor and multi-technology solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to network
availability, performance, and effectiveness.
• Manage and maintain cloud computing infrastructure,
including cloud-based servers, networking, and related
services.
• Deploy and manage wireless networks ensuring optimal
coverage, security, and performance.
• Monitor system logs and alerts and proactively identify trends
and issues before they occur.
• Utilise automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Python, Terraform) to
streamline network configurations and management.
• Work with managed service partner to resolve incidents and
service requests in line with established SLAs and procedures.
• Visit sites on a routine basis to perform onsite maintenance
and support activities and liaise with site stakeholders to
understand technical challenges.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of all
incidents and service requests in Jira.
• Building working relationships with team members to facilitate
a culture of shared knowledge and common processes

Essential Skills
• Strong proficiency in routing protocols (e.g BGP, OSPF,
EIGRP, RIP) theories, and rich practical experience on
network design and implementation
• Extensive knowledge and strong background in IP
technologies, Data Communication, LAN, WAN, SD-WAN
and VPN services
• Demonstrable experience on Palo Alto firewalls, Prisma
SASE and SD-WAN, Cisco, Meraki and Azure cloud network
is preferred
• Extended knowledge of computer hardware, software, and
network troubleshooting.
• Experience working with end user technology and mobility
platforms.
• Experience with IT ticketing systems and remote support
tools.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork, with a
demonstrated ability to encourage team safety and
identify and report hazards.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
