This opportunity focuses on leading the review process for complex 3D models within a technical engineering environment. The role supports model quality, multidisciplinary coordination, and compatibility across engineering and production interfaces, while driving timely delivery against project requirements. This position offers strong exposure to 3D modeling, quality control, and model review presentations within offshore, onshore, and FPSO-related projects.
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in 3D modeling, graphic design, or a related field.
Required Experience:
- Aleast 5 years of experience in 3D modeling and design.
- Experience overseeing review processes for 3D models against required standards and specifications.
- Experience working across engineering and non-engineering disciplines to support model compatibility and project delivery.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of 3D modeling software such as Maya, 3ds Max, and Blender
- Ability to develop and implement quality control procedures for 3D model review
- Capability to lead and present 30%, 60%, and 90% model reviews, prepare action lists, and coordinate close-out across disciplines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines
- Ability to train and mentor team members on 3D modeling techniques and best practices
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in project management
- Experience in FPSO, offshore, or onshore projects
