Airswift is searching for a Senior Reporting Analyst to join a leading company in the Oil & Gas industry based in Florida.
This position will play a key role in consolidated financial reporting, financial statement preparation, management reporting, and IPO readiness initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with accounting and finance leadership, supporting U.S. and international operations within a growing multinational environment.
Key Responsibilities: • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements and reporting packages
• Support consolidation of multiple entities across international operations
• Analyze financial results and prepare variance analyses for management reporting
• Coordinate reporting activities with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and FP&A teams
• Assist with external reporting, audits, SOX readiness, and IPO preparation
• Improve reporting processes, controls, standardization, and automation initiatives
Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in financial reporting, consolidation, accounting, or controllership functions
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial statement preparation
• Experience with multinational and multi-entity environments
• Advanced Excel and ERP/reporting systems proficiency
• Fluent Spanish is required; English proficiency is highly desirable
• Oil & Gas industry experience is a strong advantage
