This Senior Site Coordinator role is based on a construction site in Padeswood and supports a project environment within the energy transition sector. The position sits within a busy site office and works closely with the Project Manager and wider site team. The company is a global EPC contractor delivering consulting services across the full asset lifecycle as well as next-generation project delivery and execution services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Project Manager and wider site team.
Act as a central point of contact for visitors, contractors, and external stakeholders on site.
Maintain accurate site records, logs, and registers, including personnel inductions and attendance records.
Coordinate meetings, site briefings, and diary management for key stakeholders.
Support site personnel with training coordination and monitor completion of required e-learning.
Ensure the site office remains organised and fully operational, including supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Support onboarding activities for new site personnel and contractors.
Manage and maintain project documentation in line with company procedures, ensuring accurate filing and version control.
Distribute updated drawings, reports, permits, and technical documents to relevant stakeholders.
Assist with health and safety administration, including inductions, training records, incident logs, permits, and compliance documentation.
Support site audits by ensuring documentation is accurate, accessible, and compliant.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience in a site office administration role within construction, engineering, or infrastructure projects.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced site environment.
Experience with document control systems and administrative processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with site teams and stakeholders.
