We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join a leading global automotive supplier working on next-generation electrification solutions.
This position is focused on the development of High Voltage (HV) Inverter and Electric Propulsion Systems, supporting major automotive OEM programmes. You will act as a key technical contributor, owning system-level activities from requirements definition through to integration, verification, validation and customer delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead system engineering activities for HV inverter and electric propulsion programmes.
- Develop, analyse and manage system requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
- Define and maintain system architecture and functional concepts.
- Support system integration activities and ensure alignment across software, hardware and controls teams.
- Coordinate verification and validation activities to demonstrate compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
- Drive root cause analysis and resolution of complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams across global locations.
- Act as a key technical interface for automotive OEM customers.
- Support technical reviews, change management and customer discussions.
- Ensure compliance with automotive quality, safety and development standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and engineering best practices.

- Understanding of ISO 26262 Functional Safety.
