Key Responsibilities:

Incident Communication:

  • Communicate product quality incidents and events in line with notification guidelines.

Improvement Opportunities:

  • Proactively identify and develop improvement opportunities related to service and quality.

Service & Quality Enablement:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain effective service and quality processes and tools to support global supply chain operations.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction KPIs.

  • Champion change initiatives and support effective communication and engagement across global teams.

Performance Stewardship & Dashboard Management:

  • Support oversight of quality performance and consistent stewardship and interpretation of service and quality KPIs.

  • Support identification of best practices in stewardship processes across teams.

  • Maintain the supply chain KPI dashboard, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and accessibility for users.

Leadership & Governance:

  • Lead business process improvement council activities to support alignment with corporate goals and delivery of key initiatives.

  • Lead the global quality community of practice network to facilitate knowledge sharing, alignment, and operationalisation of initiatives.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Strong expertise in quality and KPI management related to supply chain.

  • Solid understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and the strategic purpose of customer satisfaction KPIs.

  • Experience driving process management and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse, cross-functional global teams.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency with PowerBI, Microsoft tools, and SAP.

  • Ability to support dashboard management, data accuracy, KPI stewardship, and performance interpretation.

  • Affinity for operational efficiency and the ability to learn supply chain capabilities quickly.
