Requirements
- Raise purchase requisitions for approved spare parts and materials.
- Support procurement activities including tender evaluations and purchase order placement.
- Monitor procurement progress against project milestones.
- Expedite critical and long-lead items where required.
- Track manufacturing, inspection, documentation, shipment, and delivery status.
- Strong knowledge of spare parts management, inventory optimisation, procurement, and warehouse readiness
What we're looking for:
- Experience coordinating spare parts and materials requirements for large industrial or process facilities
- Experience developing and managing spare parts master data and interchangeability lists (SPIL)
- Experience with CMMS platforms such as SAP, IBM Maximo, or Oracle
