Key Responsibilities

  • Provide HSE assurance across fabrication, assembly and testing activities for subsea production systems.

  • Review contractor HSE documentation including HSE plans, risk assessments, lifting plans, method statements and emergency response plans.
  • Monitor compliance with project HSE requirements, industry standards and applicable legislation.
  • Participate in incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are effectively implemented and closed out.
  • Provide assurance for high-risk activities including lifting operations, pressure testing, welding, hot work, energy isolation, work at height and load-out operations.
  • Support HSE reporting, KPI monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives across fabrication sites.

Ideal Background

  • Significant HSE experience within the Oil & Gas, Energy, EPC or Subsea sectors.
  • Experience working within fabrication yards, manufacturing facilities, construction environments or major project delivery teams.

  • Knowledge of high-risk fabrication and testing activities.
