Job Title: SPS Lead Document Controller
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
This opportunity is focused on leading document control activities across the EPSCC phases of a Subsea Production System package, ensuring integrity, traceability, and accessibility of project documentation. The role offers involvement in a technically demanding subsea environment with responsibility for document management processes, final documentation delivery, and coordination across package documentation workflows. This position will play a key part in supporting project performance through strong control of correspondence, DMS configuration, and documentation quality.
Required Experience:
- Proven experience in document control within complex project environments.
- Experience supporting Subsea Production System package activities across project delivery phases.
- Experience supervising and coordinating document control teams to maintain consistency and quality across documentation workflows.
- Experience managing final documentation completion and delivery in line with project requirements.
- Experience acting as a documentation focal point across contractor and project interfaces.
Required Skills:
- Strong document management expertise with a focus on integrity, traceability, and accessibility of project documentation.
- Ability to define and implement document management processes in line with company standards, project procedures, specifications, and contractual requirements.
- Strong capability in maintaining and developing a Document Management System throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ability to supervise the recording and issuance of correspondence accurately and consistently.
- Strong reporting skills, with the ability to highlight areas of concern to management in a timely manner.
- Experience managing internal documentation and supporting package SharePoint access and rights management.
