Job Title: SPS Mechanical Completion & QC Coordinator
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Duration: Project expected to be 4 years

This opportunity supports a major FPSO and a complex subsea production network. The role focuses on Subsea Production Systems, mechanical completion, quality control, equipment readiness, and final handover across multiple fabrication and manufacturing locations. This position offers involvement in a technically demanding, multinational project environment where quality assurance, schedule coordination, and stakeholder communication are critical to successful delivery.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification

Required Experience:

  • 5 to 10 years of relevant experience within offshore oil and gas projects
  • Prior experience with deepwater FPSO given additional advantage
  • Demonstrated experience with Subsea Production Systems, subsea equipment manufacturing, quality control, mechanical completion, or equipment handover activities
  • Experience working with contractors, suppliers, inspection agencies, and manufacturing facilities
  • Experience coordinating inspection, equipment release, and handover activities across multiple locations

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of quality assurance and quality control processes
  • Knowledge of mechanical completion and equipment handover requirements
  • Ability to coordinate third-party inspection services and review inspection reports
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and documentation management skills
  • Ability to track equipment readiness, release documentation, dispatch dossiers, certificates, and handover records
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Proficient in English
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
  • Commitment to HSE procedures, reporting, audits, training, and safe work practices

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with subsea equipment such as subsea trees, manifolds, control systems, umbilicals, flowlines, and related components
  • Additional languages
