Job Title: SSHE Coordinator III
Duration: 1 year (possibility of extension)
Schedule: 5/40 (possibility to work OT)

This opportunity supports Safety, Security, Health and Environment stewardship processes and performance analysis within plant and construction safety activities in the energy sector. The role focuses on safety training, safety plans, risk analysis and SHE statistics, while supporting the SSHE Supervisor and coordinating with Regional SSHE Advisors. This position offers the chance to contribute to safety procedure development, environmental planning and industrial hygiene planning in a technically focused setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Business Line Safety, Security, Health and Environment stewardship processes and portfolio analysis.
  • Develop and monitor performance metrics to evaluate business performance.
  • Support the SSHE Supervisor in managing the SSHE programme as directed.
  • Coordinate a variety of activities and act as a point of contact for Regional SSHE Advisors.
  • Develop Safety, Health and Environmental training on safety procedures and practices for plant personnel and contractors.
  • Set up systems for implementing the safety plan, including hardware, software, data flow, analysis techniques and reporting format.
  • Develop safety communication plans for employees and contractors.
  • Design a safety incentive programme.
  • Coordinate the development of waste management, environmental and industrial hygiene plans.
  • Review contractor safety plans.
  • Contribute to the team performing risk analysis for specific jobs.
  • Implement the safety programme.
  • Compile SHE statistics.

Required Education & Certifications:

  • Minimum Associate's Degree in a relative field
  • Required Minimum of 4-5 years of experience
  • PSM Facilities experience

Preferred Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

  • Experience in construction safety-related positions (Preferred)
  • Preferred Taproot experience
  • Bachelors Degree in Safety.
