This opportunity supports subsea project studies within a technically demanding offshore engineering environment. The role focuses on structural design and calculation for subsea structures, including FLET, manifold, suction pile and large mudmat scopes, with strong use of ABAQUS and hand calculations. This position offers the chance to contribute across multidisciplinary engineering activities, drawing review and advanced project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform structural engineering activities autonomously under the supervision of a manager and in coordination with other disciplines.

  • Deliver design and calculation work for subsea structures within project study activities.

  • Develop and propose engineering solutions to project leads.

  • Review engineering drawings and support drawing development in cooperation with drafting teams.

  • Provide accurate and committed technical input to drafters during advanced project phases.

  • Contribute to work executed in an onshore project environment.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Experience as a structural engineer within offshore subsea structures, including exposure to FLET, manifold, suction pile, large mudmat or similar equipment.

  • Strong capability in structural design and calculation with the ability to work autonomously.

  • Proven use of ABAQUS for finite element analysis, including 2D shell and 3D volumetric modelling (Required).

  • Ability to carry out hand calculations as part of engineering assessment work.

  • Experience reviewing drawings and working closely with drafting teams during advanced design phases.

  • English written and spoken communication skills (Required).

Nice-to-Have:

  • French language skills (Preferred).

  • Valid BOSIET certification (Preferred).
