Join a dynamic team in the oil and gas industry, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting Human Resources and Contract Services for a major offshore project. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the GranMorgu Project in Suriname while working from the vibrant Paris area, France.
Role Overview
- Adopt and demonstrate exemplary behaviour regarding Company Ethics and 'Code of Conduct' policy.
- Ensure that Project procedures regarding Technical Assistance contractual and legal aspects are respected and properly implemented by all Project teams.
- Work proactively and anticipate project needs.
- Organize calls for tenders when services need to be contracted, including commercial evaluation of offers and technical recommendations.
- Launch Technical Assistance Services Call for Tenders and negotiate contracts with qualified companies.
- Conduct commercial negotiations and report findings to Management.
- Coordinate awarded contracts with Technical Assistance companies, PCM Team, and Suriname affiliate.
- Prepare contract renewals, presentations to Local Contract Committee, and amendments in a timely manner.
- Manage Project HR files regarding contracted data and ensure timely mobilization processes.
- Ensure regular reporting of contractual activities such as Purchase Orders and Call for Tenders follow-up.
- Support the HR & Administration Manager with overall administrative activities.
- Maintain strict confidentiality for all HR data/information/documentation.
Skills & Qualifications
- HR Management: Strong understanding of human resources practices and contract management.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in both English and French.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple dossiers simultaneously with rigor and methodical approach.
- Negotiation Skills: Experience in conducting commercial negotiations effectively.
- IT Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of IT tools, particularly Excel (Pivot Table).
- Team Spirit: Ability to work collaboratively in a complex, multicultural environment.
- Confidentiality: Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
Education & Experience
- Experience: 5 to 10 years in managing service provision contracts and tendering processes.
- Autonomy: Proven ability to work independently while managing a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment.
