Position Overview

This opportunity is for a Track - Timekeeper supporting accurate time and payroll-related record administration for site-based personnel. The role is suited to candidates with strong attention to detail who can work within precise standards of accuracy and manage high-volume data efficiently. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of hours worked for employees across client sites.

  • Complete timesheet processing, balancing, labour distribution, recaps, wage calculations, and adjustments.

  • Compute total time worked and ensure records are maintained to a high level of accuracy.

  • Allocate and enter time data for a large population of field employees.

  • Develop, review, and submit cost reports in a timely manner.

  • Run ad hoc reports as required by management.

  • Support administration of work records, personnel files, invoicing documentation, and associated records.

  • Maintain detailed record keeping and follow established procedures with a strong focus on accuracy.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 1–2 years of Track timekeeping experience.

  • Knowledge of TRACK.

  • Ability to work within precise limits or standards of accuracy.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to make decisions based on measurable criteria.

  • Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
