Airswift is seeking a Traffic Assistant to work in Guyana, in a permanent position with a commercial radio station and music station.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure that all advertising material—such as scripts, commercials, ad-libs, etc.—is correctly entered and generated for broadcast.
Process airtime orders from agencies and sales representatives. Enter contract details into the computer system.
Maintain daily contract records and prepare daily programming reports.
Provide information and respond to inquiries from advertising agencies, clients, and other departments in a timely manner.
Schedule scripted programs, formats, commercial materials, as well as promotional and bonus spots, into the broadcast lineup; maintain an up-to-date file of commercial materials for schedule assembly.
Verify programs, formats, and commercial materials intended for broadcast.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Certificate or diploma in Sales/Marketing or a related field.
Computer literate.
