Job Title: Vendor Performance Coordinator
Duration:12 month renewable contract 
Schedule: monday to friday 
Location: Paris Office
Starting in October 

This opportunity supports a major project environment focused on expediting, inspection, supplier performance, and purchase order execution. The role is centred on coordinating vendor performance activities to help maintain delivery schedules, manufacturing quality standards, and documentation maturity throughout execution. This position offers exposure to cross-functional project interfaces, including project teams, suppliers, inspectors, and expeditors, with a strong emphasis on risk identification, mitigation planning, and KPI reporting.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Engineering, Business, Management, or a related discipline

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in inspection, quality, engineering, manufacturing, supplier development, supplier quality, and/or project management
  • Demonstrated leadership and project management capability within specialist areas such as PVHE, package equipment, piping and valves, E&I, or long lead items
  • Experience managing vendor performance activities across assigned purchase orders, including expediting and inspection coordination
  • Experience monitoring supplier production schedules, manufacturing progress, testing, delivery activities, and execution risks

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of vendor performance management, expediting, inspection, and supply conformity against contractual requirements
  • Ability to identify critical paths, assess delivery and quality risks, and coordinate mitigation or recovery plans through to resolution
  • Experience reviewing and coordinating project deliverables such as pre-inspection meeting reports, pre-fabrication meeting reports, expediting reports, inspection reports, and inspection release notes
  • Experience with material management systems such as Smart Material - Intergraph
  • Professional level spoken and written English
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities to deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills across organisational levels
  • Ability to prepare reports, KPIs, and monitor assigned man-hours budgets across purchase orders
