Job Title: Vendor Performance Coordinator MDRB
Duration: 12 month renewable contract
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Location: Paris Office
This opportunity supports project vendor performance activities across assigned purchase orders, with a strong focus on expediting, inspection coordination, manufacturing quality, delivery performance, and Manufacturing Data Record Book review. The role sits within a technical project environment and will contribute to supply conformity, schedule control, documentation maturity, and final release readiness. This position offers broad exposure to vendor performance management, supplier documentation review, and cross-functional coordination across project, supplier, expediting, and inspection activities.
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Engineering, Business, Management, or a related discipline
Required Experience:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in inspection, quality, engineering, manufacturing, supplier development, supplier quality, or project management
- Demonstrated experience coordinating vendor performance activities for assigned purchase orders through execution and closeout
- Experience reviewing Manufacturing Data Record Books, including material traceability, manufacturing records, inspection and test documentation, special process records, quality records, calibration records, and contractual compliance documentation
- Experience identifying delivery risks, critical paths, schedule slippage, and quality issues, and supporting mitigation and recovery planning
- Demonstrated leadership and project management capability within technical specialisms such as packages, piping and valves, electrical and instrumentation, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, or long lead items
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of vendor performance management, shop expediting, inspection coordination, and supply conformity monitoring
- Ability to review supplier documents, analyse execution progress, and communicate key risks, highlights, and concerns to project stakeholders
- Capability to verify completeness, revision status, approval signatures, and release readiness of technical and quality documentation
- Experience working with material management systems such as Smart Material - Intergraph
- Professional level spoken and written English
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work independently
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and support KPI and reporting requirements
- Strong problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills across organisational levels
