Warehouse Associate III

Duration: 1 year initially with possibility of extension / go direct
Location: Goldsmith, TX
Rotation: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day

Role Context

This role is based in an industrial warehouse environment supporting maintenance operations across multiple facilities. Work is carried out on site in conditions that may be hot, cold, drafty, and dusty depending on the season. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound materials, verify quantities and part information, and complete inventory receipt transactions accurately.
  • Issue materials using established controls and maintain accurate inventory movements for warehouse stock.
  • Pull, kit, label, and stage materials required for preventive maintenance and repair activities.
  • Carry out cycle counts, bin checks, and location audits, and help resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Operate forklifts safely to move, load, organise, and stage materials within the warehouse.
  • Deliver staged materials to nearby facilities as required and ensure loads are secured for transport.
  • Maintain warehouse organisation and housekeeping standards, including material fronting, sweeping, and waste removal.
  • Support urgent material requests and spot deliveries linked to repair activity.

Qualifications & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of warehouse or materials coordination experience covering receiving, issuing, and inventory control.
  • Experience using SAP or a comparable ERP system for receiving, issuing, and cycle count transactions.
  • Forklift certification or the ability to recertify as required.
  • Valid driver’s licence with a clean motor vehicle record and the ability to drive a company vehicle.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs without assistance and remain on feet for extended periods.
  • Ability to work safely in industrial warehouse conditions and follow site safety requirements, including PPE.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to read and understand written instructions.
