Warehouse Attendant
Job Type: W2 Contract
Duration: 12 Months (Potential Extension or Direct Hire)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 Hours/Week (5/40 Schedule)
Location: Monahans, TX

Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Attendant to support inventory management, material handling, receiving, shipping, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have strong inventory control experience, excellent Excel skills, and the ability to safely operate warehouse equipment in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, store, move, and distribute materials and equipment from company inventory.
- Verify inventory quantities and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Perform inventory transactions and documentation within company systems.
- Support inventory control activities, including cycle counts and stock level maintenance.
- Prepare and maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory paperwork.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently, including:
- Forklifts
- Pallet Jacks
- Telehandlers
- Other warehouse equipment as required
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
- Assist with general warehouse operations and organization.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or material coordination roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Advanced Excel skills required, including the ability to create and use formulas.
- Experience with warehouse processes such as:
- Receiving
- Shipping
- Inventory Control
- Cycle Counting
- Ability to lift and move 50+ pounds regularly.
- Ability to work safely in an industrial and warehouse environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with oilfield surface equipment, automation equipment, and measurement equipment.
- Experience supporting oil & gas operations.
- Prior experience operating forklifts, telehandlers, or similar material handling equipment.
