Our client, a multinational organisation in the healthcare technology industry, is seeking a Warehouse Operations Coordinator (12-month contract).

The Warehouse Operations Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Commercial Operations Team in the day-to-day management of the Singapore warehouse. This role is responsible for inventory control, warehouse administration, compliance documentation, vendor coordination, and maintaining audit-ready warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

1.     Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory control, storage condition monitoring, stock movements, documentation maintenance, and coordination with logistics and service providers to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

2.     Support compliance and quality management activities by maintaining GDPMDS-related records, environmental monitoring logs, calibration records, audit documentation, and ensuring adherence to established warehouse procedures and controls.

3.     Coordinate with Commercial Operations, Service, Finance, and external vendors on warehouse-related activities, including inventory checks, stock reconciliation, warehouse maintenance, pest control, cleaning programs, and audit readiness initiatives.

Requirements:

1.     Diploma or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, or supply chain functions.

2.     Working knowledge of inventory control processes and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel; experience with ERP systems such as SAP would be an advantage.

3.     Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and support compliance-driven operational processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

1.     Operating within regulated environments such as medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or other quality-controlled industries.

2.     Supporting warehouse audits, GDPMDS, GDP, ISO, or similar regulatory and compliance requirements.

3.     Managing environmental monitoring activities, vendor coordination, facility maintenance, or warehouse relocation and setup projects.
