Job Title: Warehouse Tech
Duration: 1 year contract with possibility of extension
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Location: Sherwood Park, AB
This opportunity supports supply chain and material management activities within a warehouse environment, with a strong focus on inventory control, shipping and receiving, and data integrity. The role offers the chance to contribute to storeroom operations, cycle counts, material handling, and Maximo-based inventory processes while working closely with operations, maintenance, management, and engineering stakeholders.
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of warehouse experience.
- Experience within supply chain in a warehouse setting.
- Experience managing inventory, shipping and receiving, inventory control, and inventory allocation.
Required Skills:
- Ability to manage inventory data accurately within a storeroom environment.
- Must-have experience with Maximo.
- Experience receiving, inspecting, storing, staging, kitting, and issuing materials.
- Ability to support cycle counts, ABC analysis, re-order activities, and spare parts management.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders across operations, maintenance, management, and engineering.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise shifting daily demands based on operational needs.
- Self-directed and motivated approach while following policies and procedures.
- Analytical ability to resolve issues and complex problems.
- Ability to operate material handling equipment as required.
Required Certifications:
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence with clean driving record (Required).
