Job Title: Warehouse Worker I
Duration: 6-month assignment with possibility of extension
Schedule: 9am-5pm ET
Location: Warminster, Pennsylvania

This opportunity is suited to a packaging and distribution professional working in a manufacturing environment with responsibility for receiving raw materials, operating production equipment, and supporting the shipment of finished goods. The role plays an important part in safe, efficient warehouse operations, including picking, staging, packaging, shipping, and forklift-based material handling. This position offers involvement across inventory control, production support, and compliance-led distribution activity.

Required Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with production, warehouse, or process experience
  • Experience handling the receipt of goods and raw materials, and the picking, staging, and shipment of finished goods
  • Experience operating and maintaining production equipment in a safe and efficient manner

Required Skills:

  • Ability to perform all work safely and efficiently while following documented written procedures and complying with OSHA standards
  • Ability to operate a forklift or other powered equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, stack, and stage product
  • Ability to set up and operate machinery to inspect, fill, weigh, label, and pack containers with products and materials
  • Ability to observe operations and inspect packaged items for conformance with specifications
  • Strong understanding of computer programs including email, internet, data entry, and document review
  • Basic maths skills with accurate paperwork handling to support inventory control and shipment records
  • Good oral and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
  • Well-organised approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work unsupervised
  • Demonstrated safety leadership with a systematic, results-oriented, and pragmatic approach to problem solving
  • Flexibility to work an adjusted schedule where needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge and experience with SAP
  • Partnership and team-working capability
  • Ability to deliver strong performance and take the lead when required
  • Ability to make informed and effective decisions
